A plot of the transfer function T of Example 1 from Section 7.1 and various approximated transfer functions generated by the zero-pole interpolation method. We illustrate the components of \(T(i \omega)\) for \(\omega \ge 0\). We only include nonnegative ω because of the symmetry of both T and its approximations. The zero-pole interpolation appears to converge to the correct transfer function as we add more terms.
