Three-terminal capacitively coupled Hall bar. Three metal electrodes of length \(L=1~\mbox{mm}\) are capacitively coupled to a square Hall bar. The electrodes are symmetrically placed around the perimeter of the device, parametrized by s, and they are separated by a gap \(sp=L/3=0.33~\mbox{mm}\). The convention of currents and voltages is shown in the plot.
