DCRs measured at \(\pmb{-20^{\circ}\mbox{C}}\) after annealing of APDs from group 4 at \(\pmb{+80^{\circ}\mbox{C}}\) over 4 h, followed by annealing at \(\pmb{+100^{\circ}\mbox{C}}\) over 1 h. The most significant decrease of DCRs for all APDs occurred during the first hour of \(+80^{\circ}\mbox{C}\) annealing, but DCRs still continued to improve with additional annealing.
