From: Laser annealing heals radiation damage in avalanche photodiodes
Characteristics of SLiK APDs after laser annealing. Points at zero power show the initial characteristics before laser annealing. The samples have been characterized at \({-}30^{\circ}\mathrm{C}\) after every annealing stage (data represented by points without lines), and additionally characterized at \({-}80^{\circ}\mathrm{C}\) after some of the steps (points connected with lines).
