Variation of the total link time (during one year for one OGS on La Palma) for different 500 km circular orbits (CO) and the only possible 500 km sun-synchronous orbit (SSO) as a function of their inclination. We assume that the OGS is located at \(28^{\circ}45'25''\mbox{ N}, 17^{\circ}53'33''\mbox{ W}\). Only passes with more than 30° maximum elevation are considered to be contributing to the total link time.
