Population transfer from spin \(q_{1}\) to \(q_{3}\) via an intermediate spin \(q_{2}\) under dephasing noise with strength γ. The pump laser \(\Omega _{P}(t)\) couples \(q_{1}\) and \(q_{2}\) while the Stokes laser \(\Omega _{S}(t)\) couples \(q_{2}\) and \(q_{3}\). The initial state \(\vert q_{1} q_{2} q_{3}\rangle \) of the system is chosen as \(\vert 100\rangle \) and the final state would be \(\vert 001\rangle \) if complete population transfer is achieved
